I know how upset you are over buddy; I've lost a cat before, too. If you
haven't already, I suggest going door-to-door with a photo of your cat for
three houses in each direction of your own house. Cats normally don't go very
far. The time my cat was missing, he was locked up in someone else's
apartment. Then when I moved, I had a cat get locked in my neighbor's basement
for a day and a half.
Chances are, Buddy is nearby and someone thinks he is lost and took him in
or is feeding him. I will be thinking about you as you continue your search.
